Hosea Haag studied law in Erlangen and Nottingham, was a trainee lawyer at the Higher Regional Court in Berlin and did his master degree in International Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the universities Exeter and Dresden. Hosea has been an attorney since 2002, since January 2010 as Partner at Heisse Kursawe Eversheds. He worked at Bird&Bird and Hammonds before joining Heisse Kursawe Eversheds.

Expertise

Hosea Haag has been working almost exclusively on technical and patent law questions since 2002. He is experienced in both, national and international disputes regarding all fields of industrial property protection, and represents national and international companies before all German courts. The technical focal points are electronics, mechanical engineering as well as pharmaceutical questions. In addition, Hosea has a lot of experience in the neighbouring fields Anti-Trust and Competition Law. Among his clients are the largest European manufacturer of television sets as well as one of Germany's largest research institutes.
