Andreas studied law in Munich and in Hagen. He has been European Patent Attorney since 2001, European Trademark Attorney and patent attorney since 2003. He has been partner at Heisse Kursawe Eversheds in the practice group Patent Services since 2010.

Expertise

Andreas has profound experience in the patent field. Focal points of his activity include patent research, application and opposition procedures as well as counselling and representation before the national and European patent courts and the Federal Supreme Court in connection with the review of the patents' body of law. Moreover, he is specialised in the field patent infringement, especially invalidity disputes concerning patents. Clients include national and international companies, mainly from the automotive industry, consumer electronics, household electronics and mechanical engineering.
